Bacino Bar Curl Curl are currently looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to join their team in North Curl Curl.
To be considered for this position, you will need a relevant diploma qualification in hospitality and at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification employment experience OR at least 4 years of relevant café management employment experience.
You will be responsible for:- Ensuring the smooth operation of the café on a daily basis;
- Placing and arranging daily orders and implementing stock rotation according to the café budget;
- Training new staff in preparation of meals, health and safety standards, customer service and systems of operation;
- Ensuring that the staff are operating the coffee machine as required maintaining our high standard of quality;
- Assisting with the creation of weekly rosters;
- Closing the shop and counting the till;
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the shop adheres to health safety standards on a daily basis;
- Receiving, dealing and reporting any customer complaints and enquiries;
- Implementing seasonal changes to the menu and new additions;
- General Maintenance or observation of all equipment to ensure fridges and machines are serviced on a frequent timeline;
- Maintaining staffing costs, food costs, and marketing campaigns to ensure the business remains profitable and a viable contributor to society.
This is a full time position working 38 hours per week. A remuneration package between $77,000 - $90,000 will be offered to the successful candidate. An immediate start is available.
