The role will be based in Lonsdale, with jobs in and around the Adelaide area.
The successful applicant will:
Have a minimum of 3 years' carpentry / Window installation experience
Be aligned with the business Purpose & Culture

Be willing to be held accountable for the responsibilities of their roles
Be willing to continue to learn and develop their skills
Have a high attention to detail & high accuracy level
Have excellent phone & communication skills
Have advanced computer skills
Currently C class Australian Driver's Licence (Higher class preferable)
White Card and Work Safely at Heights (Preferred)
The core Responsibilities & Outcomes for this role include:
Install, insulate and weather-proof our windows and doors
Demolition of existing windows
Finishing off internal and external work for windows
Unloading / delivery of windows / doors
Contribute to the 'Continuous Improvement' philosophy of the business
Other activities that serve the team and business as required
We reward people based on the value they bring to our team. A salary will be negotiated based on experience, and will be between $75,000 - $80,000. This way we ensure a fair value exchange is achieved based on what you could bring and the outcomes & expectations of the role.
