Harrys Toronto Pty Ltd require a Store Manager to join their team in Toronto, NSW.
Duties and responsibilities will include:- Customer Service:
- Consistently deliver exceptional service to every customer. - Address inquiries, feedback, and concerns swiftly and professionally. - Advise customers on how to use products effectively while actively promoting Harry's menu offerings. - Team Leadership:
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to build a cohesive, high-performing team. - Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment. - Organize staff scheduling and manage labour costs efficiently. - Operational Management:
- Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. - Define and adjust the product range, inventory levels, and service benchmarks to meet customer needs. - Maintain detailed records of inventory and financial transactions to support performance monitoring. - Financial Management:
- Supervise financial recordkeeping and manage the store's budgeting process to meet targets. - Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals. - Collaborate with management to set competitive pricing that supports annual sales objectives. - Marketing and Promotion:
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives. - Enhance customer engagement by effectively advertising Harry's products and services. - Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all operations adhere to occupational health and safety standards. - Uphold food safety and hygiene practices in line with company policies and legal requirements. - Perform regular safety audits and risk assessments to maintain a secure environment. - Inventory and Purchasing:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to maintain optimal stock levels. - Manage supplier relationships and negotiate favourable terms. - Monitor inventory turnover to minimize waste and ensure efficient stock management. To be considered you will need a minimum of 1 year experience in retail management, preferably in the food service industry. A business administration or accounting qualification is preferred.

This is a full time position working 38 hours per week. A remuneration package of $77,000 + super will be offered to the successful candidate.
