    At Fergusons Toyota, we're on the lookout for a professional, customer-focused, and experienced Service Advisor to join our dynamic Service Department.

    As a key point of contact for our valued customers, you'll play an essential role in ensuring a smooth and positive service experience. Working closely with our Service Manager and team, your responsibilities will include:
    • Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
    • Writing up repair orders accurately and efficiently
    • Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles
    • Estimating job costs and timeframes
    • Liaising with the Workshop Controller to meet deadlines
    • Seeking authorisation for additional work when required
    • Handling customer concerns with professionalism and care
    While any previous automotive dealership / service advising experience will be highly regarded, it is not essential. However, to be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate:
    • A passion for customer service and a drive to succeed
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills
    • A team player with a can-do attitude and attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
    • A valid manual driver's licence
    Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese would be a strong advantage.
