Are you an experienced automotive professional with a passion for fleet sales and relationship management?
We're looking for a Group Fleet Manager to lead and grow our fleet division, working with a well-established customer base and representing one of the world's most respected automotive brands.
We are looking for someone with:- Proven experience in vehicle sales, preferably high volume fleet sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivation, with a strategic mindset and customer-first approach.
- The ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver consistent results.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:- Managing and growing our fleet sales portfolio across a range of business and government clients.
- Developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders, delivering tailored solutions.
- Working closely with our sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Driving sales performance, achieve KPIs, and contribute to the dealership's continued success.
