Kenmore Plaza Bakery are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Baker to join their team in Kenmore.
This position is a full-time baker, the purpose of this position includes preparing wide range of baked goods with various ingredients following precise recipes utilising the baking techniques.
Duties include, but are not limited to:- Operating and maintaining baking machinery and equipment.
- Mixing and blending ingredients according to recipes.
- Managing oven temperature
- Baking breads, pies and other baked goods.
- Monitoring the quality of ingredients and finished products.
- Icing, decorating, packaging and labelling baked goods.
- Ensuring sanitation standards in the work area.
Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience and hold a Certificate IV in Baking.
The ideal applicant will also have:- Written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management and clear team communication
- Excellent Hand-Eye coordination
- Patience under pressure
- Sense of hospitality
A salary of $74,000 - $77,000 + super will be offered to the successful candidate.
