Canobolas Marine & Jayco Orange are a premium supplier of Jayco Caravans, Pop Tops, Quintrex boats and Yamaha Outboards with over 40 years' experience selling and servicing Caravans and boats in Central West NSW. Our company has a strong focus on delivering our customers a premium experience each and every time they deal with us.
We are looking for a driven person to join our team as a Service Advisor. The role of Service Advisor involves liaising between customers, our workshop and external suppliers to provide our customers with a premium servicing experience.
Reporting to the General Manager, your day to day duties will include:- Writing and Invoicing customer paperwork
- Face to Face and phone enquiries
- Supply general advice/quotations
- Following up customer requirements
- Updating and liaising with customers on their service or repair
- Booking in customers for service and repair work
- Utilising our internal computer system
- Follow all internal processes and procedures
The successful candidate will display:- A highly organised manner
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Ability to work to targets and deadlines
- Be mature, punctual and reliable
- A strong work ethic and be customer focused
- Administration experience would be advantageous, however not essential
- A current drivers licence
