Nova Bio Medical Pty Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Biomedical Technician Manager to join our team in Luscombe in a full time role working 38 hours a week.
Duties and responsibilities of the role include:- Training Program Participation:
- Engage in a structured training program covering essential biomedical technology principles.
- Learn and perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and calibration of biomedical equipment. - Documentation and Collaboration:
- Maintain accurate records of equipment inspections and repairs.
- Collaborate with experienced technicians and healthcare professionals. - Extensive travel is a necessity as candidates are expected to travel to our clients' venue to carry out the jobs.
- Independently Identifying reliability issues of our machinery and applying relevant solutions.
- Developing the maintenance standards to be compliant with the requirements.
- Developing and applying a safe system of work in the workplace by complying with legislation.
- Developing and streamlining job plans, workflow processes and conducting reviews & audits.
- Procuring spare parts and managing inventory.
- Monitoring accurate maintenance costs and scheduling.
- Managing and providing the team with leadership.
Applicants must have a relevant qualification of at least Diploma level (specialising in engineering preferred) and minimum 1 year experience preferred.
A salary between $78,000 - $85,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
