We're currently seeking a highly capable and experienced Parts Interpreter / 2IC to join our Porsche dealership in Southport. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career and work with a globally respected brand.
Reporting directly to the Parts Manager, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department while delivering top-tier customer service and team coordination.
Key responsibilities include:- Managing customer enquiries - front/back counter, phone, and online
- Supporting the Parts Manager and assisting in team leadership
- Handling deliveries, parts picking, and general warehouse duties
We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in parts interpreting and a proactive, team-focused mindset.
To be considered, you must have:- Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter in the automotive industry
- A current manual driver's licence
- Strong computer literacy and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A professional presentation and customer-focused attitude
- A forklift licence is highly regarded
