Ironman 4x4 is one of Australia's largest suppliers of aftermarket accessories and camping gear. The team at Ironman 4X4 are 4x4 enthusiasts and we know our way around these fantastic vehicles and aftermarket accessories. Ironman 4×4 products are designed in Australia and distributed throughout the world.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Retail team member to join our Mornington Store.
This position involves regular face to face contact with customers along with phone inquiries. We are looking for candidates who have Retail experience and work as part of a team to ensure we meet customer expectations, by providing exceptional customer service.
This will involve:- Processing sales transactions
- Providing advice and information on products
- Handling customer queries and offering solutions
- Workshop bookings for product fitment
- Maintaining store displays and presentation
- Participating in open days and promotional events.
- Collaborating with team members to support daily operations and administrative tasks
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:- Experience in a similar Retail Sales position, preferably in 4x4 industry
- Passionate, highly motivated, and a team player
- Hunger for product and technical knowledge
- Problem solving and dispute resolution ability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A strong work ethic
- Computer literacy
- The ability to work in a team environment
- A positive "can do attitude" with ambition to excel
