Deployed Australia are currently seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Corporate General Manager to join our Perth team in a full time position.
As Corporate General Manager you will be working with a fast-growing offshore staffing provider, this role demands high-level strategic oversight combined with hands-on operational execution. Operating between Australia and the Philippines, the role is complex, multi-faceted, and requires deep industry knowledge, cross-border leadership, and flexible working hours to manage international client expectations. This role is vital to sustaining the company growth, ensuring compliance, and aligning global teams to deliver service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Client Leadership: Lead all sales and client onboarding meetings; convert leads into long-term partnerships and personally manage key accounts.
- Operational Integration: Oversee alignment between the Australian leadership and the Manila-based teams across Sales, Recruitment, Client Services, IT, and Marketing.
- Process Optimisation: Drive the development and refinement of internal systems, ensuring consistent delivery standards and operational efficiency.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Stay up to date with Philippine labor laws and employment regulations, ensuring the company maintains compliant and ethical staffing practices.
- Team Coordination and Mentorship: Mentor department heads, create alignment across business units, and support capability-building within the Manila leadership team.
- Business Growth: Provide commercial insight and support expansion into new service lines and markets, including campaign strategy, performance metrics, and reporting standards.
- Global Time Zones: Operate across multiple time zones, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekend work, to ensure responsiveness to international clients.
- Travel Requirements: Regular travel to Manila and other client or operational hubs is required for team development, training, compliance checks, and stakeholder engagement.
Work Conditions:- Hours: This is a full-time, high-responsibility role with fluctuating hours. Flexibility is essential, with work often required outside standard business hours to manage time zone differences.
- Environment: High-pressure, fast-paced, and ever-changing. Requires the ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously across regions.
Requirements:- At least five years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in sales, recruitment, client retention, and process optimisation in a remote service model.
- In-depth understanding of Philippine labor law, employment practices, and HR compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills suited to cross-cultural team dynamics.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration across distributed teams.

A salary between $150,000 - $230,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
