We're growing fast, and we're on the hunt for a Leading Hand Operator who's got the grit, the skills, and the attitude to back it all up. If you love a challenge, lead from the front, and know your way around a machine like it's an extension of your body - we want you on our team.
We build high-quality residential and subdivision projects from our base in Loganholme on the southside, across SEQ and we're damn proud of the reputation we've earned. We don't tolerate egos or slackers - just real people, real results, and real respect.

Your day-to-day:- Running sites like a boss and keeping things on time and to spec
- Leading the crew with purpose - setting out jobs, assigning tasks, and getting stuck in
- Operating machinery (especially excavators & positracs) to a high standard
- Keeping machines clean, sites tidy, and clients happy
- Staying accountable - from pre-starts to daily logs, timesheets, and dockets
- Working with a variety of personalities and knowing how to get the best out of each one
- Taking pride in your work and mentoring those coming up behind you
You'll need:- Experience in civil and general excavation (small subdivisions are our bread & butter)
- White Card + RII tickets for excavator, skid steer, and roller
- Strong skills reading plans, using lasers, and estimating volumes
- Mechanical knowledge and problem-solving savvy
- A current HR or HC driver's licence
- Zero criminal convictions
- The ability to follow systems, think ahead, and leave the site better than you found it
