Position: Arborist with Tree Climbing and/or EWP Expertise
Key Responsibilities:- Tree Pruning and Trimming: Execute precise pruning techniques from various heights to enhance tree health, appearance, and safety.
- Tree Climbing or EWP: Utilise advanced climbing techniques or EWPs to access and navigate trees for maintenance tasks and assessments.
- Tree Removal: Safely and responsibly remove trees, incorporating climbing or EWP skills for precise control and minimal environmental impact.
- Stump Grinding (not essential): Utilise state-of-the-art equipment to eliminate stumps, contributing to a clean and polished landscape.
- Health Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of tree health, diagnose issues, and implement effective treatment plans.
- Emergency Response: Provide prompt and reliable assistance during unexpected tree-related emergencies.
Requirements:- Certified Arborist with relevant qualifications.
- At least 2 years' proven experience in tree care and maintenance, with a focus on climbing or EWP.
- Proficient in advanced tree climbing techniques or EWP techniques, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Knowledge of local tree species and Western Australia's unique environmental factors.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and environmentally friendly practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
