Key Responsibilities:
Manage high volumes of incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
Handle extensive email correspondence and communications
Coordinate diary management and appointment scheduling
Organise and manage executive appointments across multiple properties and clients
Provide administrative support requiring advanced real estate industry knowledge
Apply strong problem-solving skills
Maintain exceptional organisational standards across all tasks
Saturday work required (Sunday + day off during the week)
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in real estate
High level of real estate industry knowledge and understanding
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
Strong problem-solving mindset with initiative to resolve issues independently
Professional phone manner with ability to handle high call volumes
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
