    • Manage high volumes of incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
    • Handle extensive email correspondence and communications
    • Coordinate diary management and appointment scheduling
    • Organise and manage executive appointments across multiple properties and clients
    • Provide administrative support requiring advanced real estate industry knowledge
    • Apply strong problem-solving skills
    • Maintain exceptional organisational standards across all tasks
    • Saturday work required (Sunday + day off during the week)
    What We're Looking For:
    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in real estate
    • High level of real estate industry knowledge and understanding
