    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead the growth of our New Car Fleet Sales division. This is a key role for someone passionate about building strong business relationships and expanding our presence within the local business, government, and commercial sectors.

    You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging new fleet customers across the Upper Hunter region. You'll work closely with our sales team and OEM partners to tailor vehicle solutions for businesses of all sizes - from small local operators to larger fleets.

    This will involve:
    • Developing and executing a strategy to grow new vehicle fleet sales locally
    • Identifying and pursuing B2B sales opportunities across a variety of industries
    • Building lasting relationships with local businesses, councils, and organisations
    • Managing the end-to-end fleet sales process from enquiry to delivery
    • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of fleet programs, incentives, and manufacturer offers
    • Representing the Upper Hunter Automotive Group with professionalism and local pride
    We are looking for:
    • Proven experience in automotive sales (new, used or fleet)
    • A self-starter with strong networking and relationship-building skills
    • Solid understanding of fleet sales and customer buying cycles
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Local knowledge of the Upper Hunter region is highly valued
    • Current driver's licence (essential)
