We are currently seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in Chullora, NSW.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Developing and executing sales strategies with clear and achievable sales targets to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Creating and executing marketing strategies based on business objectives to enhance brand awareness and market share.
- Organising and managing marketing activities and budget across different channels and campaigns.
- Establishing and managing efficient distribution networks for our products and services across various channels for wholesale partnerships.
- Overseeing the initiation and analysis of market research studies to identify optimal distribution strategies for each marketing channel.
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness, resulting in a measurable reduction in sales cycle time and an increase in marketing campaign ROI.
- Monitoring marketing campaign performance, using appropriate metrics and data analysis methods to assess its performance against predefined KPIs, and recommend improvements
- Managing and providing training to the sales team in cultivating relationships with key clients.
- Negotiating and contracting favorable terms with customers to ensure profitability and maintain competitive pricing of sales contracts.
- Exploring and evaluating new sales opportunities, including strategic partnerships and online marketplaces.
- Conducting market research and assessment of the marketing potential for new and existing products and services.
- Conducting regular market price analysis, evaluating competitor pricing, and proposing pricing adjustments to maximize profitability and market share.
Requirements:- Completion of Bachelor degree in Business or relevant field with 1 year of work experience.
- If not certified, a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role is required.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commercially astute with a strong strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and market intelligence platforms.
