Little Sparrow is an award-winning brand which will soon open its newest boutique / restaurant café at Bayside Shopping Centre. We are offering an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic talented and innovative chefs to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a chef who thrives in the morning and afternoon, with no need to work nights, allowing you to enjoy a balanced lifestyle. This is a full time role.

Requirements:- 2 years' previous experience.
- Must have experience in Breakfast & Lunch A La Carte meals
- Good knowledge of produce
- Able to maintain the highest standards of presentation and food quality
- Efficient and effective in the operations of the kitchen
- Available to work weekends
Duties and Responsibilities:- Plan breakfast and lunch menus according to the requirements of the business and the customer's perspective.
- Calculate and estimate the costs of food and Labour and to order food stocks according to it.
- Observe and check the quality of food at all phases of preparation and presentation.
- Discuss food preparation issues with Managers and all other kitchen and waiting staff if necessary.
- Demonstrate cooking techniques and to advise on cooking procedures.
- Explain and follow the hygienic regulation within all areas of the business.
- Select and train staff and apprentices for the benefit of the business and effectively operate the business activities.
