    • Mandurah Boat Shop are a family owned and operated Marine and Boating Business that proudly sell and service a range of Yamaha Outboards and Waverunners, along with Australia's favourite Stacer boats.

    We're currently looking for a Marine Mechanic to join our team on a full time basis working 38 hours per week.

    To be considered for this role, you will need to be a skilled and qualified Mechanic or Mechanical Fitter with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a desire to work in the marine industry.

    We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
    • Pride in your workmanship, presentation and customer interaction
    • A good understanding of detail 
    • Sound knowledge of workshop practices
    • Effective communication skills
    • Current driver's licence (manual)
    • Forklift Ticket is preferred but not essential
    • Skippers Ticket is preferred but not essential
    Our business covers a range of activities and services including but not limited to:
    • Servicing, maintenance, repairs to a variety of marine engines
    • Motor diagnostics and repair of faults on engines and electrical components 
    • Pre-Purchase inspection including sea-trials
    • On-site work
    • Workshop & Equipment maintenance
    • Trailer repairs
    • Yard & Vehicle preparation and maintenance.
    We offer an attractive remuneration package ($76,515 - $85,000).
