About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Officer to join our team based in Yenda.
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, plus occasional Saturdays as rostered.
In this versatile role, you'll support both warehouse operations and customer service, ensuring a smooth experience for internal teams and external customers, while contributing to the Yenda Group's broader operational and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:- Load fertilizer and chemical.
- Keep storage sheds tidy and segregate chemical as per Agsafe requirements.
- Assist with the coordination of deliveries
- General maintenance and cleanliness of vehicles and plant.
- Liaise with Service NSW to book in vehicles for inspections and arrange to have any defects cleared.
- Work with the Yenda Office administration to coordinate the payment of registrations and insurances.
- Record keeping of services and repairs for all heavy vehicles.
- Provide customer service and assistance; including the use of point of sales software (Frameworks).
- Assists in preparation and co-ordination of annual and periodic stock takes.
- Ensure necessary licences for the role are renewed as required.
- Other duties as required and/or as delegated in line with job role and required tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this opportunity, you must demonstrate:- Experience with point-of-sale software (Frameworks)
- Customer Service Experience.
- A good level of physical fitness (for lifting and moving agricultural stock)
- National License to Perform High Risk Work - LF (to be obtained on job, if not current).
- Ag Safe accreditation (to be obtained on job, if not current).
- Current valid driver licence.
- HC licence.
