    Right now, we're looking for an experienced and confident Service Advisor to join our expanding Skoda and MG After Sales team in Artarmon.

    As our Service Advisor, you'll be the crucial link between our customers and our workshop. Your day-to-day will include:
    • Delivering outstanding customer service every time
    • Maximising departmental profitability and hitting KPIs
    • Preparing timely, accurate cost estimates for customers
    • Processing repair orders efficiently
    • Keeping promises and following through for every customer
    The successful applicant will ideally have the following attributes:
    • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, or you're a skilled Technician looking for a new challenge off the tools
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines
    • High energy and enthusiasm for helping people and representing great brands
    • Great computer skills and attention to detail
    • A professional approach and high level of personal presentation
