The Yenda Producers Co-operative Society is an agricultural retailer and a part of the Yenda Group whose businesses share a common goal to provide quality goods and services to the rural sector in and around the Riverina and North-East Victoria.
We are currently looking for an outgoing and organised Warehouse Officer to join our team working in our retail branch in Leeton.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:- Provide high level customer service to our customers and advice based on expertise.
- Utilises fleet management software to ensure maintenance of vehicles is as required.
- Performs pre-start checklist on all trucks and plant and equipment on fleet management software.
- Tracks fertiliser stock and updates data using FertiStore software.
- Maintains fuel records on SharePoint.
- Coordinates stock deliveries from branch warehouse, while maintaining records on POS (Frameworks).
- Assists with seasonal stock estimates and in preparation stock takes.
- Investigates and reports any stock count variance to the Branch Manager.
- Ordering, reporting and maintaining agency stock levels.
- Maintains appearance of branch including the store, chemical shed and yard to a high standard.
- Communicates and co-ordinates the delivery of products internally and with third party carriers.
- Takes out local deliveries as requested.
- Use HR and WHS management systems to complete required tasks accurately and on time.
- Perform other tasks as required and/or delegated, in line with job role.
Essential requirements:- Current driver licence.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work in a team.
- A good level of physical fitness (some lifting is required)
- HC Heavy Vehicle Licence
Desirable:- Forklift licence - To be obtained on the job if the successful candidate does not hold one.
- Some evidence of customer service experience.
- Agriculture industry knowledge would be beneficial, but not necessary.

This is a full time position working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (and rostered Saturdays). An immediate start is available, however we are flexible on a start date for the right candidate.
