Les Cooke Instrument Co Pty Ltd has been established in Western Australia for over 50 years and supplies a diverse range of industrial and electrical precision instrumentation to a large number of clients across many industry sectors.
Our team sells, calibrates, manufactures, overhauls, repairs and modifies mechanical, electrical and electronic instruments for pressure, temperature, electrical, humidity, level, flow and dimensional measurement.
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Person to join our friendly team! If you have a passion for service, a knack for communication, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming technical sales inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Process orders and provide accurate quotations
- Build lasting relationships with clients and suppliers
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide quality service
What You'll Bring:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
