Position: Full-Time Retail Manager
Qualifications Required: at least Diploma of Business

Domino's Pizza Grafton is currently seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in a full time position.

Duties for this role will include:

Manage daily operations of the retail store
Lead and supervise staff, including recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance reviews
Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency
Monitor sales and financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities
Perform financial management tasks, including budgeting and reporting
Build supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns
Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns

Applicants must hold a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Management, and have a minimum 1-2 years' experience in a retail setting.

Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in computer applications
Solid accounting knowledge

A salary of $78,000 plus superannuation will be offered to the successful candidate.
