    Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about the real estate industry?

    We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Assistant to join our team. We have exciting opportunities across a range of assistant roles, including Property Manager Assistant, Receptionist, and BDM Assistant. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate transactions.

    Your primary responsibilities will include the following:
    • Manage all administrative aspects of real estate transactions
    • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing exceptional customer service and support.
    • Collaborate with sales agents, contractors, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions from start to finish.
    • Complete and process contracts
    • Accounting tasks including but not limited to; invoicing, reconciliations and adhering to legislative compliance
    • Ensuring superior levels of service are maintained in day to day operations
    • Displaying a high level of autonomy and accountability to your customers
    • Developing strong rapport with the friendly and supportive colleagues around you
    The selected candidate will be able to demonstrate an eagerness to learn, basic knowledge of, or an interest in the real estate industry and most importantly have a positive, friendly and approachable attitude.

    About You:
    • Previous administrative experience (real estate experience highly regarded)
    • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
    • A positive, friendly, and approachable attitude
    • Eagerness to learn and a genuine interest in the real estate industry
    • A valid driver's licence
    • Holding a Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain) is highly desirable
