Rosalie House Cellar Door and Restaurant opened in 2018 as a way for the Thompson family to showcase and share the wines from their vineyard. It is now a destination for visitors from near and far, who come to experience great food, excellent service and wines that have been lovingly created from this small vineyard here in the Lilyvale Valley.
About the Role
As a Chef at Rosalie House Cellar Door Restaurant, you will be responsible for preparing high quality dishes in line with the restaurant's standards. This role involves ensuring that all kitchen and food storage areas are maintained to a high level of cleanliness, collaborating with a team to manage prep work, and monitoring the freshness of ingredients. Punctuality, a clean appearance, and attention to detail are key to ensuring the efficient operation of the kitchen and delivering excellent food to our guests.

Skills and Qualifications:- 12 months full time experience as a Chef (preferably gained in Australia)
- Certificate IV in Kitchen Management
- Diploma of Hospitality Management
- High level of professionalism.
- Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Specialized in cooking, with the ability to supervise and train other staff
A salary of $76,530 will be offered to the successful candidate.
