    Established in 1930 and now Fremantle's largest accounting firm, FAJ ('Where People Count') provides accounting, tax, audit, SMSF, bookkeeping, advisory and mortgage broking services. We're known for low team turnover, strong client relationships and practical, tech-forward work.

    We're currently looking for a Graduate Accountant to join our team based in Fremantle.

    The dynamic individual must be passionate about providing exceptional service and building long term relationships with our clients.

    You should apply for this position if you are a new or recent graduate, or you are close to completing your degree.

    About the role

    Due to our diverse client base every day is different, but initial areas of development will include:
    • Preparing financials statements, tax returns and activity statements for businesses and self managed super funds
    • Preparing individual tax returns with client contact
    • Liaising with and advising small businesses once sufficient experience is gained
    • Regular professional and personal development training
    About you

    To be considered for the role you must exhibit the following attributes:
    • Recently graduated or about to graduate with an accounting degree
    • A commitment to work towards your CPA designation
    • A positive can-do attitude
    • Good organisational skills
    • Self motivated with a strong desire to learn
