Investwisely are a financial planning firm who has operated in the Hills District for 15 years. We specialise in providing pre and post retirement planning advice, with a focus on service and individual advice based on a client's needs.
We currently have a part time opportunity available for an experienced Paraplanner to join our team.
You will be responsible for:- Preparing comprehensive and complex Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs), and client documentation.
- Conducting detailed research, financial modelling, and projections.
- Liaising with advisers to ensure strategies align with client goals.
- Assisting in ensuring the advice process is conducted in an ethical and compliant manner.
- Preparing insurance quotes, applications, and other supporting documentation.
- Supporting implementation of advice as required.
- Monitoring and updating of client agreements as well as liaising to book/confirm meeting as needed.
Our successful candidate will have 3+ years experience as a Paraplanner and have recent experience with Advisor Logic.
You'll also need to demonstrate:- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of complex financial planning strategies, compliance and regulations
- Professional and well mannered demeanour
- Client focused approach
Preference will be given to local candidates.
