We're currently seeking an experienced Fixed Operations Manager to join our team at South Morang. This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, where you'll be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of our Service and Parts departments.
Responsibilities willl include, but will not be limited to:- Oversee the daily operations of the service and parts departments, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Drive team performance and customer satisfaction by leading from the front.
- Monitor and achieve departmental KPIs and financial targets.
- Implement and maintain best practices across operations, customer service, and workflow.
- Motivate, mentor, and support staff development to foster a high-performing team environment.
Our ideal applicant will have a management background within a dealership environment. Familiarity with the automotive industry is essential.
Skills and experience required:- A strong understanding of fixed operations in the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and improving departmental performance.
- Excellent people management and team-building skills.
