We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically we are looking for candidates that have:- At least 2 years' demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting in the hospitality industry
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
- Previous success in meeting KPI's
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
