John Cole Toyota is seeking a motivated and organised Body & Paint Service Advisor to join our team.
This role is the first point of contact for customers and insurance agents and plays a vital part in keeping the Body & Paint department running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide front-of-house reception and customer service for Body & Paint clients
- Manage bookings and workshop scheduling to ensure efficient workflow
- Prepare accurate quotes for repairs using Toyota systems (iBody and Estimage)
- Liaise with insurance companies and agents to coordinate approvals and claims
- Prepare and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Support the Body & Paint Manager in overseeing day-to-day workshop operations
- Maintain a high standard of communication and professionalism with customers, insurers, and staff
About You:- Previous experience in an automotive, repair, or insurance-related office environment preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Confident with computer systems and keen to learn Toyota platforms (iBody & Estimage)
- Must hold a valid driver's licence
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work well within a team
Role Details & Benefits:- Monday to Friday - no weekend work
- 38 hours per week
