The core business of WSRP Pty Ltd is to engage with multiple international role players in the healthcare and healthcare technology sectors to establish new business models for developing and importing healthcare solutions for Australia and to set up viable export channels for Australian designed healthcare products and solutions. We also identify, construct, renovate and establish medical practices, residential homes and commercial properties.
We require an experienced Renovation Project Manager to join our team working on construction sites located in Queensland, New South Wales, and Tasmania.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Buying materials for each phase of the project;
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings;
- Conducting quality and safety inspections;
- Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise;
- Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to staff and the public;
- Maintaining quality control checks;
- Monitoring build costs and project progress;
- Motivating the workforce;
- Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors;
- Using specialist project management computer programmes;
- Working on-site in all weathers, at clients' businesses or in a site office.
The successful applicants will have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification OR at least five years of relevant construction site management employment experience.
