We require a Business Analyst to join our team in Bankstown, NSW.
In this role, you will be responsible for analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into effective technical solutions. You will play a key role in collaborating with stakeholders, supporting software development, and contributing to process improvements and data-driven decision-making.
Duties include:- Analyse and document business processes, workflows, and requirements through discussions with stakeholders.
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate requirement gathering and review sessions with business users and technical teams.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to convert business requirements into technical specifications and implement software solutions.
- Monitor business performance using KPI metrics, reports, and analytics tools to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain SQL scripts, system interfaces, APIs, and automation tools.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system logic, configurations, and data mappings.
- Support project management activities, including timelines, resource allocation, and task coordination using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to staff on CRM systems, workflows, and business processes.
To be considered you will need to demonstrate:- A minimum of at least a Bachelors degree in an IT related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in IT, software development, or business process improvement.
- Strong understanding of business process modelling, requirement gathering, and workflow analysis.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, reporting tools (Power BI, Excel), and working with APIs or system integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain technical specifications, system logic, and process documentation.
- Experience with CRM systems, software development lifecycle, and automation tools.

This is a full time position, 38 hours per week. An immediate start is available. A remuneration package of $80,000 - $85,000 per annum will be offered to the successful candidate.
