We are currently looking for a Parts Interpreter with dealership experience to join our busy team.
About The Role
You'll be supporting the Parts Department, assisting with parts enquires and helping with the day to day running of our department.
Core responsibilities include:- Servicing the front & back counter & answers phones
- Attend to Guests professionally, courteously and efficiently
- Interpret Guests mechanical, panel & accessory needs
- Serve Retail, wholesale & internal Guests
- Guest's parts and stock procurement
- Receiving and putting away stock
- Provide Technical and Product information to our customers
- Understand and monitor effective spare parts processes, including stock control and inventory
- Provide professional & timely customer service to internal & external customers at all times
About You
Our ideal applicant will have proven experience in a Parts Interpreter role with a good knowledge of automotive parts. While Toyota, Kia or Honda experience will be highly regarded, it is not essential. You will also have:- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Competent computer skills
- Attention to detail
- A high level of professionalism and personal presentation
- Tune/Revolution experience preferred
