A very rare opportunity exists for a Service Advisor to join our team at Porsche Centre Gold Coast in Southport.
As Porsche Centre Gold Coast transforms into Destination Porsche, we are seeking to add a Service Advisor to our growing aftersales team.
With a focus on customer service excellence and working well within a close-knit and highly professional dealership team, we seek the services of a proactive individual, passionate about the luxury automotive industry.
As part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for helping to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers including:- Managing the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are always upheld
- Coordinating service department and loan car bookings and in a timely and accurate manner
- Recommending and selling necessary products and services to the customer
- Working collaboratively and efficiently with all departments of the dealership including Sales, Parts, Bodyshop, Customer Relations and Marketing
- Be customer focused and able to establish and develop long-term customer relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work well within a small team
- Honest and reliable
- Ability to solve problems, prioritise work tasks, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
- Positive attitude towards increasing performance through continual improvement
- Impeccable presentation
