    The Role:

    We're on the hunt for hardworking and passionate Chefs and Cooks to join our kitchen team.

    We're looking for applicants with the following experience:
    • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
    • Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
    • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
    • Able to understand direction and work autonomously
    • Understanding of Irish/British cuisine is preferred but not necessary
    • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
    As Chef, your responsibilities will include:
    • Preparing & Cooking food to a high standard
    • Ensuring Quality & Consistency of all dishes
    • Menu and recipe design and implementation
    • Ordering & stock control
    • Rostering
    • Daily reporting
    • Dealing with suppliers
    • Staff performance appraisals & training
    • Enforcing to the necessary food preparation and hygiene regulations
    As Cook, your responsibilities will include:
    • Ensuring excellent food quality always
    • Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
    • Regulating and maintaining kitchen and cooking equipment
    • Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to a consistently high standard
    • Facilitating stock management and storing food in correct conditions
    • Facilitating customer dietary requirements and requests
    • Assist in planning menus and estimate food requirements
    • Help to train junior kitchen staff and apprentices
