    • Wilson Industries, an Australian family-owned manufacturer and supplier of domestic and commercial tanks, is looking for a motivated Part-Time Account Manager to support and grow our plumbing merchant network across Western Australia.

    Based in Perth, this work-from-home role offers flexible hours (up to 25 hours per week) and regular travel to customer branches and job sites across the region. You'll report directly to our National Sales Manager based in Melbourne and play a key part in strengthening our presence within the WA plumbing merchant channel.

    What You'll Do:
    • Manage and grow relationships with plumbing merchant branches across WA.
    • Handle warranty claim coordination and resolution.
    • Execute product promotion campaigns and provide training support.
    • Visit customer sites/branches to engage with staff and drive uptake.
    • Liaise with the National Sales Manager in Melbourne and provide regional insights.
    What You Bring:
    • B2B or account management experience, ideally within plumbing, building materials, hardware, or related industries.
    • Excellent communication, relationship and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently from home and travel locally.
    • Strong commercial sense and organisational skills.
    • Willingness to travel across WA to visit customers and branches.
    • Experience with plumbing or HVAC products, knowledge of tanks or water systems, or familiarity with Reece and similar merchant networks would be advantageous.
    What We Offer:
    • Hourly rate between $35-$55 + superannuation (depending on experience).
    • Car allowance plus company-provided laptop, phone, and tools of trade.
