A vacancy has recently become available for an efficient and well organised Office Administrator to support the Financial Controller and the Accounts team.
While the successful candidate will receive training in all aspects of the administration department, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator with a good understanding of administration functions, with previous experience in a similar office environment and proven experience in accounts.
It's important you are also:
Computer literate and have experience with Pentana Solutions
Proficient in Excel.
A bright and outgoing person
Able to multitask and organise
Able to work in a team environment and unsupervised
Previous experience working in a dealership environment will be preferred.
