Due to an internal promotion, this is a unique opportunity to take charge, overseeing both our Bundall and Burleigh operations in an exciting, future-focused market.
What You'll Be Doing:- Overseeing full dealership operations with a laser focus on volume, profitability, and team performance
- Building and mentoring a results-driven sales and service team to exceed targets
- Driving customer satisfaction and loyalty across every touchpoint
- Maximising dealership performance through smart, data-led decision making
- Developing and executing strategies to grow market share in the Gold Coast New Energy Vehicle space
- Leading from the front with energy, passion, and a clear vision for success
What You'll Bring:- Proven leadership experience in a high-volume automotive dealership
- Strong operational knowledge across sales, F&I, service, and fixed operations
- Exceptional people leadership with the ability to inspire and manage teams
- A commercial mindset and ability to grow a business in a competitive market
- Experience with new brands or start-up dealership operations is a plus
- New Energy Vehicle and/or BYD experience is a bonus, but a passion for innovation is essential
