R & R Hospitality Group, t/a Amalfi on the Coast are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef to join their team at 49 The Esplanade, Ettalong Beach (NSW, 2257) working full time (38 hours per week).
Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience as a Chef, and hold a relevant cooking certificate.
Key Responsibilities:- Order, manage, and maintain food supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Prepare and cook a range of menu items to a high standard of quality and presentation.
- Plan and develop menus while keeping food and labour costs within budget.
- Oversee food quality throughout preparation, cooking, and plating stages.
- Provide guidance and demonstrate proper cooking methods and kitchen techniques to the cook
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and workplace regulation.
- Training the Cook and other kitchen staff as needed.
- Report to the Head Chef.
A salary between $79,000 - $85,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
