Position Overview
We're looking for a Customer Care Support Coordinator to join our Customer Care team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring smooth onboarding, installation, and ongoing support. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts, foster strong customer relationships, and ensure our clients get the most out of their Krema systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
- Customer Assessment: Evaluate customer needs and categorise accounts for appropriate follow-up.
- Onboarding & Installation: Guide customers through system onboarding and coordinate machine installations.
- Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing contact with customers, monitor satisfaction, and address concerns.
- Consumable Management: Process and manage orders efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- New Machines for Existing Customers: Facilitate upgrades or replacements with clear communication and smooth coordination.
Required Qualifications & Skills:- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality or a related customer support role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural customer-first mindset.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
