What you'll do:- Deliver exceptional customer service from check-in to vehicle handover
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and service needs
- Manage bookings, invoices, and warranty claims efficiently
- Meet personal and team targets while maintaining high CSI scores
- Help customers drive away happy - every time!
What you'll bring:- Proven customer service experience (automotive preferred)
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
- A genuine passion for the automotive industry and customer care
- Experience with EraPower DMS or Xtime (highly regarded)
- A current driver's licence and professional presentation
