  • Established in 1990 Advantage Air is a Perth - based Australian developer and manufacturer of air conditioning and home controls products, including MyAir air conditioning controls and MyPlace smart home controls.

    They require an Office Manager to join their team in Canning Vale, WA.

    The Office Manager will be responsible for the efficient operation of office administration aspect of our offices. The Office Manager will oversee the work of administrative personnel and manage the administrative requirements including office supplies, workspace management, and occupational health and safety issues within the office space.

    Key Responsibilities are:
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a safe office environment, including compliance with relevant health and safety regulations;
    • Organize office procedures, manage filing systems and handle correspondence via phone and email;
    • Play a key role in supporting our teams, through scheduling timelines, coordinating resources, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring that office project milestones are tracked and met effectively;
    • Prepare reports for senior management, communicate with stakeholders, manage competing deadlines and tasks with efficiency and a positive attitude;
    • Responsible for stock transfers and requisitions, invoice imports, typing and fulfilling orders;
    • Serve as the main point of contact for managing technician stock;
    • Supervise administrative staff, schedule meetings and manage calendars;
    • Work with project managers on job reporting to ensure that the team is meeting their goals and that problems are resolved quickly.
    To be considered you will need a relevant qualification commensurate with a diploma level or higher qualification and one year of post-qualification employment experience OR at least three years of relevant experience in office management.

    This is a full time position, an immediate start is available. A remuneration package of $77,000 - $90,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
