A vacancy has recently become available for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team based in Preston. This is a permanent part-time opportunity working 20 - 25 hours per week.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about people, highly organised, and confident working across a broad range of HR functions.
About the Role
Working closely with the management team to create a culture and environment consistent with high performance with a 'family' feel.
Your responsibilities will include:
End-to-end recruitment and selection
Coordinating onboarding and induction processes
Providing support with employee relations matters
Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legislation
Maintaining accurate HR administration and records
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a Human Resources role (essential)
Automotive industry experience will be highly regarded but not essential
Strong understanding of recruitment and HR processes
High attention to detail and the impeccable organizational skills with the ability to multi task
Solid knowledge of the Fair Work Act and general employee relations legislation
Ability to advise management on how to hold team members accountable in their respective job function within the confines of the relevant award
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
