About the Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will ensure every caller and visitor is welcomed warmly and directed to the right department quickly and efficiently. You'll also assist with general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the dealership.
Previous experience is not required, full on the job training is available.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Direct customers to the correct department or team member
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with general administrative duties as required
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
- Support the broader team with day-to-day tasks
What We're Looking For:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Honest, reliable work ethic with attention to detail

- Previous reception or administrative experience is beneficial but not essential
