    We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Warranty Advisor to join our All Wheel Drive Centre. As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play a vital role in shaping the customer experience and supporting smooth day-to-day operations across multiple departments.

    As our Receptionist/Warranty Advisor, you will be the welcoming face and voice of the dealership. You'll provide frontline customer service, support Sales and Administration teams, and assist with a range of office coordination tasks to keep the dealership running efficiently.

    Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
    • Customer Service & Front Desk
      - Greet customers and manage incoming calls and enquiries.
      - Maintain a tidy, professional reception and customer lounge.
      - Ensure every visitor receives a positive, welcoming experience.
    • Sales & Admin Support
      - Prepare key tags, manuals, delivery emails, and customer gift packs.
      - Scan, file, and manage digital documents.
      - Assist with data entry, bookings, warranty claims, and general clerical tasks.
    • Office & Dealership Coordination
      - Order supplies and manage petty cash.
      - Maintain fuel accounts, trade plate registers, and vehicle logs.
      - Assist with basic IT support and occasional banking tasks.
      - Maintain staff events calendar and support a positive team culture.
    About You

    You're professional, energetic, and take pride in delivering outstanding service. You communicate respectfully, adapt to different audiences, and take ownership of resolving customer concerns. You value continuous improvement and enjoy contributing to a supportive and collaborative workplace.

    We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • A proactive, positive, customer-focused attitude
    • Comfortable with technology and office software
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Previous receptionist experience
    The following will be highly regarded, but is not essential:
    • Experience in customer service or automotive dealership operations
    • Cert IV in Business Administration
    • Warranty knowledge or experience (advantageous but not essential)
