    We are now seeking a Property Manager / Business Development Manager; a pivotal role that drives growth while ensuring excellence in the management of our existing rental portfolio.

    The Role: Full Time (Mon-Fri + occasional weekend and after-hours as needed)

    This dual-focus role combines portfolio management with new business generation.

    1. Property Management / Client Relations:
    • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including leasing, inspections, repairs, arrears, and tenant screening.
    • Be the key contact for landlords and tenants, delivering clear communication and professional service.
    • Maintain high occupancy, minimise vacancy, and manage maintenance, budgets, and disputes.
    • Provide accurate financial reporting to owners.
    2. Business Development / Growth:
    • Generate and convert new management leads across small to mid-size investors.
    • Use a mix of strategies: cold calling, networking, referrals, door knocking, and digital outreach.
    • Conduct appraisals, prepare proposals, and onboard new clients with confidence.
    • Meet monthly and quarterly growth targets.
    You'll be supported by an experienced team so you can focus on relationships and revenue.

    About You:
    • QLD Real Estate Licence/Certificate of Registration.
    • Proven experience in property management or leasing (2+ years preferred).
    • Strong sales and prospecting ability with proven conversion skills.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building capability.
    • Target-driven with strong organisational skills.
    • Confident with property software, CRMs, and digital tools.
    • Local knowledge and a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
