    The Role

    As an Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with a Senior Property Manager to deliver exceptional service to our landlord and tenant clients. Your responsibilities will include:
    • Conducting routine inspections
    • Assisting with leasing and tenant management
    • Supporting day-to-day property management administration
    • Providing professional, timely client service

    What You'll Need

    Before applying, please ensure you meet the following requirements:
    • Minimum 3 months' experience in real estate or property management
    • Current Registration Certificate in Real Estate
    • Local resident of the Moreton Bay Region / North Brisbane
    • Australian driver's licence
    • Enthusiasm, accountability, and a great attitude
