APMS Operations Australia Pty Ltd are delivering global professional and expert end to end services for Industrial and Commercial Industries.
We are currently looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our East Rockingham team in a full time role.
The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead and drive all sales and marketing activities for APMS Operations, with a focus on building strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities and increasing market share within key industrial sectors including defence, mining, petrochemical, water, oil & gas and manufacturing. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution of growth initiatives that support long-term company success.
Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy:- Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including major accounts and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle - lead generation, qualification, proposals, negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure effective delivery and client satisfaction.
Marketing & Brand Development:- Lead the development and execution of the marketing plan to enhance brand visibility and promote service offerings.
- Oversee digital marketing, content creation, industry events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain and update marketing collateral, website content, case studies, capability statements and social media presence.
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscape and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
Performance & Reporting:- Set performance benchmarks, monitor sales metrics and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior leadership.
- Develop pricing strategies, bidding plans and proposals in line with company goals.
- Work with finance to evaluate sales performance, profitability and client return on investment.
Leadership & Collaboration:- Coach, mentor and support sales and marketing team members (where applicable).
- Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture across departments.

- High level of commercial acumen and professional integrity.
- Ability to travel and represent the company in various client and industry forums.
A salary between $140,000 - $160,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
