About the Role
We are currently looking for a Full Time Production Team Member to join our concrete site in Wollongong. You will be responsible for the manufacturing, packing, and dispatch of large precast concrete blocks and other concrete erosion control products used in retaining walls, earth retention, and infrastructure projects
This is a hands-on role working across the full production process, including preparing moulds, coordinating concrete pours, removing finished products, conducting quality inspections, and meeting agreed production targets.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous however on the job training is available.
To be considered for this role, you will need to:- Have a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
- Be reliable and willing to muck in as part of a close-knit production team
- Be physically fit and capable of performing manual, hands-on work, including heavy lifting
- Be comfortable working in a dusty, noisy, and dirty industrial environment
- Be safety-focused and able to follow instructions and procedures
- Take pride in producing quality work and meeting daily production targets
- Communicate clearly and work effectively with supervisors and team members
- Hold a full car drivers licence
