Experienced Machine Operators wanted

Full time role working 38 hours per week

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to work across earthmoving and civil construction operations.
You will play a key role in operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently, contributing to earthworks, grading, loading, and site preparation while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:- Operate assigned machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures
- Efficiently operate graders to achieve precise grading on civil construction projects, including final trim and GPS-controlled work
- Carry out earthmoving, grading, loading, and site preparation tasks
- Conduct daily pre-start checks and perform basic equipment maintenance
- Transport machinery to and from site as required
- Work closely with site supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines
- Adhere to all workplace health, safety, and environmental standards
- Report hazards, incidents, or equipment faults promptly
Applicants must have:- Minimum 4+ years' experience operating earthmoving equipment, particularly graders
- Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations
- Proven experience operating excavators, graders, skid steers, and loaders
- Demonstrated expertise in final trim grading and use of GPS-guided grading systems
- Current plant tickets / licences for relevant machinery
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Strong understanding of workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Experience in loading, securing, and transporting machinery to and from site (highly regarded)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within site teams
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and commitment to quality outcomes
